WAN ANNUAR WAN MOHD NOOR
WAN ANNUAR WAN MOHD NOOR holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom and is also a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn) having been called to the English Bar in 1995. Upon completion of his pupilage in 1996 he was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and commenced practice with Messrs Albar Zulkifly & Yap, which was thereafter called Messrs Albar & Partners. In 2001 he was made a Senior Associate in the Capital Market and Corporate Banking Department of Messrs Albar & Partners where he worked until February 2003 when he left to join Messrs Aziz Hon & Co. He is principally involved in and advises on corporate debt restructuring, loan syndications, capital market, project finance, structured finance and acquisition finance (conventional and Islamic) and has immense experience in advising Syariah related financing.
DATO’ AZIZ MD YUSUFF
DATO’ AZIZ MD YUSUFF holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff and Certificate of Legal Practice, Malaysia. Prior to entering the legal profession, he was a legal and corporate executive in Kg. Yan Corporation Sdn Bhd. In 1998, upon completion of his pupilage at Messrs Albar Zulkifly & Yap, he was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and started his legal practice at the same firm. In 2000 he left Messrs Albar Zulkifly & Yap, which was then called Messrs Albar & Partners, to establish Messrs Shahabuddin, Hon & Aziz (now known as Messrs Aziz Hon Annuar) where he practiced until today. He is principally involved in and advises on banking and commercial litigation including receiverships, winding up cases and other general litigation matters.
